DMV

This is a story where I was merely an observer. In addition, I didn't see anything illegal to start with but the implications were there.

I own a high performance street bike and I needed to go renew my registration on the bike. So I called DMV and made an appointment at the nearest DMV that was close to work. I figured making an appointment for the morning would allow me the speediest entry and exit strategy.

That morning at around 9:30 I left work to make the three mile drive to DMV. I pulled into the parking lot and true to my plans not many cars were in the parking lot. So I pulled right up and parked in a spot a mere twenty-five feet from the entrance.

I got off my bike, pulled my helmet and gloves off and locked the front forks so nobody could steal my bike.

Since I arrived early I looked around and noticed a Ford work van parked about five or six stalls to my right. What caught my attention was the female sitting in the second row seat just behind the drivers seat. The van was one of those kind that transports people to the airport or job sites so it had windows front to back. What really drew my attention wasn't that the female was awesome looking. To be honest, she was sporting a "Bohemian look". Considering I was in Los Gatos which is not too far from Santa Cruz, this look is common.

What did get my attention was how she was "sitting" in the van. She looked to be elevated off of the bench seat and she hand one hand on the roof of the van and the other on the side window bracing her. So I leaned against my bike and watched. Withing a minute or so this gal in the van started to gyrate.

Being the analytical type I have a good idea what she is doing I just can't figure out how she is doing it. In my head I am thinking she is gyrating on some phallic shaped device in the bench seat of the van. Then I realized she wasn't going up and down, she was rotating her hips in a circular motion.

I wanted to walk up to the van and see what she was squatting on, perhaps even offer to lend a hand but considering the close proximity to the Los Gatos Police department I decided it best to just observe. Also police and sheriffs are know to visit DMV's.

Within three minutes she was obviously orgasming. Just then she settled down and a guy's head pops up from under her long dress. Her boyfriend had apparently laid on the bench seat and she sat on his face while he ate her out.

They both quickly hopped into the front seats with the boyfriend in the drivers seat. He looked over at me as I gave him the thumbs-up and I started to clap my hands in obvious appreciation.

He started the engine, smiled at me and backed out of his spot and sped off.

I must say it was a nice start to my otherwise uneventful day.
