Anyone remember a stripper sex tape court case?

Hi all.

I had a memory come to me in the last few days. It relates to a documentary I saw on UK television (probably Channel 4) about 10 years ago.

It covered the case of a lady who worked as a semi-prof stripper and what happened to her one night at a stag/bachelor party. She turned up at the house where it was taking place and did her thing. She'd been drinking throughout the evening (as had the party-goers too I guess) and she ended up doing some raunchy stuff, while naked, with the groom, which had then led to her having sex with him (or another guy, I'm not sure), right there in front of everyone.

Afterwards she got paid and left but the following morning, when the memory of it came back to her, she felt as if she'd been taken advantage of, went to the police and accused him of ****.

The documentary covered the whole case and its surprising conclusion. The guy was found not guilty. What swung it for him was that one of his buddies had recorded the whole thing on a (1990s) video camera and the tape of this was shown in court.

So the guy was let off but I'm afraid it didn't end there for lady involved. The video had been submitted to the court as evidence. If it had found that it depicted a criminal act it would have been sealed, filed away and never seen again (barring an appeal I guess). However, as the case was thrown out, it came under no such protection and basically was public property.

So the court clerk basically gave a copy of it to any guy who came into the court and filled in a form! Several turned up to do just that in the week following the end of the case.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? Has anyone else seen this documentary or even the video of the sex itself?
