Haitian vodou festival in Saut d'Eau waterfalls

A thread about an event that I've recently discovered, which occurs every year in Haiti on July 16, at the end of the Saut d'Eau pilgrimage (Sodo in Haitian Creole), in the waterfalls.

This is a purification ritual, with takes place after three days of both Catholic and Voodoo celebrations.
