Want to know more about this pic

I think I remember seeing this posted on weirdspot some time ago.
It had some story about models in China needing to walk across a field or something to get to their clothes or next shoot.

But I was just wondering if anyone knew the full story behind this pic.
Or better yet if anyone had any more from this event.
With so many cameras. there has to be more pic floating around.

I don't know, but it looks to me like it may be some kind of photography workshop event. It would explain why everyone has a camera.
