Problem uploading to OCC

Haven't been able to upload anything to OCC since early this morning. All I get is a blank screen when I try. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

No change for me. When I try to upload, I just get a blank page. There's no way to use the manage attachments function.

Got it to work, but now it's a real pain in the ass to upload anything. It used to be a direct upload, but now it's a long process.
