Request: Bush under bikini bottoms/panties

Okay so I have always wondered if it is possible to tell whether a girl has a bush by her underwear/bikini bottoms. To me the girl on the left looks like she has a bush, especially when you compare it against her friend (she has a more puffed up bikini bottoms and you can't make out the outline of her lips).

First, what does everyone else think?
