nude motorcycle parade?
I just happened to see a flier tacked to a tree tonight with the following:
RIDE FREE!!! - NUDE MOTORCYCLE PARADE! Portland's first nude motorcycle parade this fourth of July (at this point, Klondike's pulse begins to quicken....thats in two days!) Starting at 2PM Sunday July 4th, 2010 Meet up at the large parking lot under the Morrison St Bridge, 600 SW Nato Parkway Come bare as you dare. DOT approved helmuts required, shoes recommended. OK, OK - this is not going to be a Portland WNBR. The motorcycle crowd is old and flabby. There will only be ten riders, etc, etc. Cheap attempt to cash in on the current naked riding craze in Portland, i thought. BUT STILL - Of course i will have to check it out. I mean, its the first ever, and well, what better way to celebrate the 4th of July than with fire crackers and butt crackers.... So i will post pics here on Monday. Check back... EDIT: the tree this flier was tacked to was on Collins nude beach, so yeah, its for real.... Klondike Last edited by Klondike; 07-03-2010 at 01:52 AM. |

Good luck with that, I guess if 'Biker Chicks' are up to the normal standard (tatoos and implants) I will not be following this thread much, but who knows, it would be rude not to show some support of a nude event! I bet they will go faster than the cyclists though

Exclusive pics!
Ok, well what would you expect? The first ever ANYTHING is usually a timid affair. And so it was no different with the first ever nude motocycle "parade" (and I use that term very loosely here) in Portland, OR this afternoon. The highlights? Well, consider that it was held in the downtown waterfront area on a busy holiday Sunday, in front of lots and lots of ordinary people (some with rather bemused looks on their faces since this was not really advertized anywhere). Also, that one girl is kind of cute. But otherwise, our "parade" consisted of about three people, two bikes, an American Flag, and a lot of noise...
And since I also brought my camera, I give you these four pics below. I have more, but these are the best.. Happy 4th of July - KLondike Last edited by Klondike; 07-04-2010 at 06:46 PM. |
