I'm not 100% sure myself, that's why I left them alone. The rule says videos must go in the movie forums, 'Otherwise' they can be uploaded to a file sharing site, (which I guess YouTube would be classed as). But it says 'post a link in the "Free Sites" or "Free File Hosting Sites" forum. So YouTube vids should go in the Free Sites section
