At the top right of any story, just above the stars that rate it, are a group of icons. One of them is a plus ("+") sign. If you click on the "+" sign, it will turn into an image of a hand with a piece of string wrapped around one finger. This will show that you have added it to your favorites.
Then you will see notice of updates in your favorites folder. You will also be able to manage them.
