Man, woman walk shirtless around New Haven convenience store

In New Haven, a gas station and convenience store owner says he saw something this weekend that he has never seen before.

Surveillance video showing a guy and a girl, both not wearing shirts, walk into the store around 2:15 a.m. on Sunday.

The pair walked around and grab a bottle of water and 2 cigars.

The clerk keeps a straight face but later called his boss.

Jerry, the owner, says in the 38 years of owning this store he has never seen anything like this.

"My clerk was joking he said, ‘we had a robbery, listen I want to show you on the video.’ I said, ‘oh no.’ He showed me and I was like stunned. I couldn't even smile, after about 30 seconds I started smiling and saying I can't believe this,” said Jerry.

Under Connecticut law, a person can be found guilty of public indecency if the act is sexual or lewd.

So, in this case, it is a just a bizarre event.
