The art style looks a lot like Nakata Yumi, aka the artist for Okusama ga Seitoukaichou. I just looked up Yumi's other series, and I don't remember seeing those particular pages in Okusama or Iinari, so I'd guess it's in one of Yumi's series that I haven't read, like Kanojo no Kagi wo Akeru Houhou or Moujuusei Shounen Shoujo.
