It may take a couple of weeks or longer before we resume sending these e-mails.
Unfortunately too many members have inactive (expired) e-mail addresses associated with their profiles. This makes it difficult and sometimes impossible for us to offer them support or the ability to reset their password.
At the moment we are still making it optional for people to voluntarily
update their profile.
Eventually, it will become mandatory. Member's who haven't confirmed their contact details will temporarily loose access to the forums until they
update their profile with valid information.
Unfortunately, this may cause a bit of a disruption for some who registered years ago and may have forgotten their password or lost access to the e-mail address used at the time of registration. We are aiming to make this process as seamless as possible.
