That argument ignores WNBR events all over the place, and which didn't even exist 20 years ago.
Or the Fremont Solstice Parade, which did not exist until 1989. With 1,500 body-painted solstice cyclists in 2015.
Or Golub's nude bodypainting event, which takes place in downtown NYC.
