Looking for Pain Capital

Many years ago I was browsing the now defunct ASN Storyboard (rest in peace, Indian Outlaw gone but not forgotten) and I read this story that I am 99% sure was called "Pain Capital" (or possibly "Paine Capital"). The story was about a small corporate business going on a team building vacation to a tropical island. The program they participate in on the island includes removing clothes to lower inhibitions and etc. It's a slow burn though, the resort organizer doesn't force anyone to strip, so plenty don't, but over the next few days of the retreat they end up opting out of their clothes for one reason or another. Its mixed gender and has a lot of different ages, body types, etc. Very realistic, ie, it's not a bunch of beautiful 22 year olds.
I remember one scene in particular where a group are playing beach volleyball. A couple are naked, most are in underwear, one woman with large breasts is still wearing a camisole. She eventually, through a combination of passive peer pressure and annoyance with the garment, strips off the camisole.
Anyway, that's about all I can recall for certain. I've tried search engines, etc, can't find any other copy of it. I doubt it even exists anywhere. My main hope is that the actual author is on this board and sees this.
