I think that is true to some degree, but I have also found that there are certain spots on the planet that mysteriously call out to voyeurs and exhibitionists... and there they gather...
and then there are those little rituals described in these pages of going from secret showing/secret viewing to full on participation to some degree... they are much the same whether they are experienced people or neophytes..
but we do like the obvious as well - secluded parts of nude beaches and adult establishments...
