I liked what the Sherriff had to say when informed of the incident. To briefly quote:

his deputies are concentrating on other duties. The charity golf tournament was organized by a local Elks Lodge. Lodge officials say no one asked the woman to take it all off. Managers of the city-owned course say they didn't know the woman was naked until the tournament was nearly over."
Gee, I guess it's not hard to see why no one complained.
