Default DC- National Topless Day
August 21, 2011 is National Topless Day. Is anyone planning on attending any of these events. I will be in DC that weekend and think I'll stop by. This is one of the few spots that you can actually legally go topless. I've heard everyone is meeting by the capital reflecting pond.
