Here are some of my ideas, if you've still got room:
1. You step outside in a towel, just for a second, to get the mail or the paper. Photographer grabs the towel off you and locks you outside naked, and films your reaction. You could wear the towel outside on a regular basis for awhile, so you'll never be sure exactly when the exposure will happen.
2. You park your car someplace and get out, but "accidentally" catch your dress in the door. Photographer has the keys but you're in the way so he has to "help" you out of the dress first. You could be nude underneath, or in underwear. Maybe have the car parked next to something in such a way that no one can get in through the other side, to make it a bit more believable.
3. You wear a white dress with no underwear when it's supposed to rain. Then park in an area and walk some distance until it starts. Can you make it back to the car before your dress is totally soaked and transparent?
