I know there is probably a designated area to ask this question, but I'll be quick. Once in a while i find some nice videos while looking around photobucket. I have attempted to post them on OCC , however I am unable to because I have not purchased a OCC Pass. I don't understand why OCC would not allow me to post a video? It's not like I'm trying to view videos for free, I would just be adding to the OCC collection for paying members to enjoy. Just curious if anyone has an explanation...if not I guess I'll just keep my video finds to myself
