I've known quite a few women who do indeed like showing off their panties and bras (and sometimes more)...and also those who might not do it alone, but when with a guy (or girl?) who likes them to show off will. I've had this experience quite a few times, a real turn on. THen again, I've also known quite a few women who really have no idea that what, for example, they might think is 'just' a pantie line is really more than that, a totally transparent pair of pants or skirt...so always interesting to try to figure out which is which.
