One type of mothers who have that IEF are, for me, naturist mothers, who have brought their children up to understand that bodies aren't something to be hidden away and are, in fact, the most natural thing in the world. You just know these ladies (and, I guess, their husbands too) have got a level-headed approach to parenting.
