A big advantage of your wife getting her boobs painted is that you get to hang out in the line with her, watching all the women in front of you get painted but without the stigma of being considered a perv. After all, you're just waiting your turn in line, right? With a cooperative wife, you can even wait for the line to be longer before you get in it, or wait to get in line right behind someone you'd really like to see topless, etc.

ONe thing I never could understand, though, is women spending like and hour or more waiting in line. I mean, it must take a while to get through a fairly long line. If you are five back in the queue, seems you'd miss an awful lot of fair fun just cooling your toes. And the perv option is kind of not there for them either..
