Not particularly in the Del rey, the going rate for a girl like the one in the pic is a $100 approx 1 hour
Lots you can get down to $80 some $50-60 older not so good looking ones
But the girls working here are for the tourists and generally have a good command of English
But if you venture out of the gringo gulch it does get alot cheaper as this is where the ticos go themselves. For my first visit I not venture out here - maybe next time I would
