Interesting strip sequence. Bikini briefs are the last line of defence, as it were, and we can see that many women will sunbathe topless, quite easily and casually, but determinedly keep the panties on. Society is such now that toplessness is accepted, normal and even expected of young (or not so young) women. Even older women for whom toplessness was not the norm in their youth have grown to accept that it's the done thing on many beaches and take to it easily.
I guess that it's because the removal of their panties is to expose their most intimate parts, and it's the 'final frontier' and one they're most concerned about. In naturist women, I find, the 'strip sequence' is very often reversed, and they'll have their bikini briefs or knickers off in an instant while the brassiere or bikini top remains in place for a few seconds longer. I've no idea why this is, other than my theories above, but it's something that continually fascinates me in naturist environments. You'll find the same thing when women exit a pool or the sea in naturist environments too. They'll cover the top half quite readily (presumably they feel a bit of a chill) but quite happily remain 'bottomless'. Same thing happens as night falls. I've often seen 'bottomless' women on balconies as the temperature cools, and often passed 'bottomless' women on the streets of Vera Playa, my 'home' naturist location, after dark.
