A full bladder + lack of convenient access to a bathroom is what causes squats, with alcohol often acting as a catalyst. How "classy" the girl is dressed has nothing to do with it.
She is wearing the type of dress one wears to a wedding. An open bar, which is often found at weddings, will quickly meet the bladder and alcohol requirements. Make it a large wedding or even better an outdoor wedding set a distance from the restrooms and the final requirement is met.
