The Naked News people are pretty cautious, Toni is more daring. It is as legal as it can be to be nude in Toronto, without actually being legal. There is an indecent exposure law still on the books, but they changed it to require the Attorney General's permission to lay a charge, meaning they are not supposed to lay a charge. They have already established that being nude at an orderly event such as WNBR or Pride is ok. Recently a guy was charged with hiking nude, and he was acquitted on the basis that being nude is not harmful. As you can see Toni goes about freely nude in public, at this point, we do not expect to have any legal issues.
