I once overheard two women negatively commenting about the attire of a third woman, dressed much like the one in the picture below, except that the woman was wearing brightly colored, floral designed underpants. What was interesting to me was the two critics had no problem whatsoever with her or any other woman wearing see-through skirts/dresses/pants in public. They simply thought the underwear should match. "Someone should tell her she should wear white panties
or a thong underneath."
