What about public areas where you might find women sitting down- parks, town squares, food courts, etc.? You might have better luck there especially on your lunch hour. I posted a few mall/food court upskirt pics of mine on another thread, however they were from an older cell phone and lighting/clarity wasn't great. Hoping to get some better pics this summer with my new iPhone though.

You are right. Unfortunately there arent really any suitable foodcourts around here. I remember I did get one sitting upskirt at lunch time before, I believe they are somewhere in my thread, with a Chinese woman sitting there with legs spread pretty wide open, great invitation for some quick pictures
