Pedro I'm sure you did the right thing. Problem is, it's binary - a day over 18 and it's open season and she's fair game, a day under and she's not.
Pity girls don't have to wear badges certifying their ages - red for under 18 and green for over. If she's a celebrity, it's easier as her birthday's in the public domain. Example, those great paparazzi upskirts of Emma Watson as she left her 18th birthday party. If she was just another girl, no-one would know her age, but because Emma is famous there's no doubt that she's in play under the big girls' rules.
But with the anonymous girls you go for, I'm sure you're wise to err on the safe side.
