Some folks will post their fetish media anywhere. We've seen scat pics in the softcore forum, dick pics just about everywhere, sexual assault (real/fake/?) in softcore area. Attempts to post underage content, etc. And of course, spam.
Without the mods enforcing the rules, the whole site will quickly become a toilet bowl enjoyed only by a few undisciplined malcontents.
Mods here are consistent and reasonable. The best I've seen anywhere on the web, Porn site or otherwise.
