I'm not going to argue about whether it was photoshopped. I have no idea. But if the embedded pic in the lower right hand corner was the one used to photoshop the main image of the top right pic, that's actually an incredibly impressive job. That means that most of her facial features were altered, her eyebrows were redone and her hair was restyled. And additional props go out for that tongue wag - as it was a thoughtful gesture extended to those of us who gaze upon this.
