It's not a premium channel but a free one with ads, called Telecinco. Late night TV (and sometimes prime time also) allows nude scenes once in a while, here in Spain. You should get some holidays in the Mediterranean Sea this summer and check the topless and naked girls at the beach at daytime and commercial TV at nights xD
