Its not really ENF, but really more public nudity, I guess, but I remember seeing somewhere photos of a girl who worked at a restaurant and she was taking a bath naked in the sink, with her co-workers around (I think). I've tried looking everywhere but nothing comes up, just some girls at a KFC who stripped down to their underwear and bathed, and some guy who did it.
