twin boys swapping
When i went through college there were a pair of identical twins who had neighbouring rooms in the dorm.
One night when they had both got lucky ... they had prearranged to swap... but didn't tell the girls. They obviously timed their foreplay to be screwing at the same time, but a room apart. At a per-determined time (or signal.. I'm not sure how they did this) .... they both jumped up, and grabbed a towel, and swapped rooms, jumped into bed and continued screwing.
All that each girl saw was that their guy suddenly jump out of bed, run into the hall and then came back again, so they weren't aware of what had actually happened.
