MY mistake, it isn't thru a door, but thru a two-way mirror. Still think its a set-up though, no doctor in there right mind would secretly video a client and then let that tape out on the internet with out hiding the face. If it was real, then damn there should be hundreds of these out there, oh wait this Dr has only one patient, lol
