Trust me, deafgirl you should never feel like a freak. I knew a girl who followed her parent's rules about not dating until 18 but admitted she considered getting glamour shots of herself taken, At a martial arts class there was a girl who causally switched shirts despite wearing a bra made of lace, A friend at university wore a mini-skirt and cropped tee to class because she had the winter blas (I remember because her earphone caught the edge and pulled it up to her neck.
I had a sort of niece who had some underwear (I was folding laundry at the time) which I think said it best, "Nice girls are just better lairs"
and I think of good as different from "nice". Some of the girls who had my back when things were bad would not be considered "Nice"
