There's a manga/anime titled GTO about a teacher who has to deal with a difficult class. Anyways, there is this shy boy these three or four hot chicks had been harassing, and he almost killed him self. Well, the teacher decided to teach these girls a lesson he tricked them to coming to a karaoke room and tied them up, and pulled down their skirts. In the anime I think they were wearing panties but in the manga they were bare assed. But anyways, the teacher gave the boy a paddle in the shape of a big hand and let him spank his tormenters while the teach took pictures. It was one of the best ENF situations I'd seen in anime. Looked for caps but couldn't find any.
