Her wrists in particular need more wrapping, and with a somewhat thicker rope, so that individual loops don't tighten as she struggles. Once the wrapping of rope is complete and secure, the "rule" is that the captor should be able to get his/her finger under the rope. Then the lady should be secure for as long as the captor wants, to experience whatever the captor has planned for her, without any undue risk.
