I read a few times about a film called "The Borrower", in which a convict is being watched by a female police officer, knocks her out, and steals her uniform including underwear, leaving her tied and completely naked as he escapes.

I've searched everywhere for a clip of this and never had any luck.

Does anyone have this clip, or even just caps of the scene?
