First a bit about me. I am a former law enforcement officer from the Midwest. I am retired and live quite comfortably on a settlement I received from a job-related injury. I supplement my settlement income by selling equipment to local law enforcement jurisdictions which allows me to keep in contact with these good people, my former peers. I am also a pervert and have been getting away with considerable unlawful sexual activity for many years due to my knowledge of law enforcement, and at times with help from my good, loyal, contacts who still work in the law enforcement field.

Recently I was visiting with a contact of mine, a deputy sheriff in a rural county. He had some interesting news of a type of activity that is becoming very popular with mid-life women across the nation. Seems these 40 something ladies are watching a lot of cable television about "ghost hunting" and paranormal activity. The shows make the scary activities look like great fun and the women get together and take tours of the "haunted" buildings and homes. Apparently, according to my friend, an entire industry has been started to cater to the desire of these women to experience the thrills of ghost chasing. Tours of "haunted" areas are bulging with customers year round and electronic "ghost finder" devices are selling out all over the internet. But the thing that got my attention is that he said that the women soon get tired of the guided tours and start searching for more exciting adventures in abandoned farm homes and old grave yards. According to him a couple weeks ago he was called out to an old graveyard that is no longer used to investigate some lights and activity. What he found was a group of mid 40's women in 2 SUV's drinking wine and "hunting ghosts." He let them off with a stern warning to stay out of the graveyards in the area as they are off limits after dark. He told me with a laugh, that when he approached the first SUV the smell of wine, perfume, and excited pussy took him back to the days of his youth.

This got me thinking about what easy prey a small group of these MILFs on an adventure would be. Of course a bit of preparation was in order, finding the right property, and equipping it for my fun. Then getting the word out in the area that the place I have set up is haunted. Then springing the trap on the right victims. I got busy on looking for a site in a very rural county and had some luck on the second day. The place was abandoned but not too far gone as it was well off the main road and had not been vandalized, best of all it had a small machine shed for hiding my vehicle. I went to the local library and looked up the particulars on the property. As is turned out the owners who had lived there had passed on, the heirs all lived out of state, the land was in a trust and managed by a local bank. The home had been rented twice, but I am sure the distance from the main town and the cost to heat an old home had put it off the market for the past 5 years. It seems the old homestead was falling down and no one was interested in it. Perfect.....stay tuned for more
