Well then, a couple of questions, given my lack of expertise and good equipment. What size is big enough but not so big as to compromise quality via pixellation? As you may observe, these are pretty byte-intensive; can that be fixed without too much image degradation? How best to tweak the file to bring out what I clipped them for in the first place - being able to see what's not quite concealed? I'm using an HP Photosmart 2610, sizing them down with the HP Image Zone software, and playing with contrast etc. using MS Office Picture Manager, just so you know what an antediluvian you're dealing with...
