I'll bet that most of these girls do this on purpose. There was a video clip going around a long time ago wjere a giorl in a blue bathing suit came down a slide and when she stood up her tits were exposed. If you watched closly, you could see her pull her top to one side just before she stood up.
There was another clip of girl in the rapids who must have fallen off a tube and her breasts were exposed, but you could see she was really scared as she tried to get control of herself and the tube.
