posted in the YouTube thread). This is a great one! She takes dance move instructions from her friend, then does some jumping jacks and leaps around.
The FLV is bigger, but poorer quality. The MP4 is smaller, but better quality. It's just a shame this wasn't filmed on an HD camera.
