I believe in their professionality, but they enjoyed her birthday suit and I cannot exclude that being alone in a closed room with a nude unconscious nice young lady they took some "extra bonus".
I agree with you 100% that nudity is often noticed by medical professionals, and not just in a clinical way.

I myself had a testicular ultrasound. It was done by a technician in an ultrasound office (not a hospital). The tech was late 20's, and very friendly. But the not so cool part, was that not one, but TWO receptionists walked into the room to ask the tech what she wanted for lunch. This was done two separate times. Both receptionists were in their early 20's. A receptionist has no business walking into an exam room while a male patients ying yang is out. I have to believe it was to get a peek. They were way to giggly.
