If the sentence "she enjoyed it and sometimes even tried to make it happen accidently" is true, it confirms one of my ideas that doctors and nurses cannot ignore (and may enjoy) the nudity of their patients.
A few years ago my wife had a surgery, nothing serious, she came back from the surgery room and she was left a few minutes unconscious and stark naked in a closed room with two male nurses. They moved her from the wheeled bed (coming from the surgery room) into the bed of her hospital room, they removed the surgery gown and they left her naked in the bed before I was allowed to enter the room.
I believe in their professionality, but they enjoyed her birthday suit and I cannot exclude that being alone in a closed room with a nude unconscious nice young lady they took some "extra bonus".
