I have a very close friend who is married to a nurse (who is crazy hot I might add) that until very recently worked on a med/surg floor (thefloor you go too after you have surgery or are recovering) at a local hospital for about 10 years.

He mentioned that they were talking and somehow it came up that in the course of her giving some male patients a bed bath that they would get an erection. I think she thought it wasn't that big of a deal but her husband (my friend) was completely taken by surprised as he didn't realize that she had to wash the genitals as part of the bed bath. They are both fairly religious and I know neither of them have been with many partners (if any). To his credit, he remained calm and asked her to explain how these kinds of situations developed. She explained that erections are quite normal and about 40% - 50% of her male patients get one during a bed bath. She mentioned that she used to perform full bed baths (including genitals) for all her patients unless they wanted to do the genitals themselves due to modesty. My friend said the whole time she was talking he was getting butterflys in his stomach.

About a month ago she had a 24 year old patient in her care that was in a car accident and had both arms in a cast. While she was bathing him he became very erect and she just continued the procedure (which really only takes a minute or two she said). I can feel for my friend and the mental anguish that this has caused him and I am trying to be supportive of both of them ... but I have to admit his wife is really hot and I cannot get the visual out of my head of her small hand wrapped around some guys erect shaft while he is ejaculating all over her hand.
