The teeth, ear lobes and freckles seem to match. I doubt any two people could coincidentally match all three- plus there's her self proclaimed "performance artist" title...I guess that peeing on people is a sort of performance.
People are such an interesting jumble of contradictions and surprises. This is why labeling and stereotyping others isn't an intelligent practice. Most people are just too complicated. It reminds me of a great quote I once heard. Sorry, I forgot who said it- and I may not have it word for word- but it's something like:
"My mind is like a bad neighborhood. There are some places in there you just don't want to go alone."
