Here in the U.S., most saunas are privately owned. Nobody keeps them fired up 24/7, so the non-fogged pics make sense as you'd take the pic before the sauna got too hot and she got to sweaty/drippy to permit photographs.
Given that the bulk of these don't even pretend to be shot in some public sauna/bathhouse, I'm weighing in in favor of "not fakes".
Its been years, but I remember fun in the sauna and more than a few first time peeks as lovely ladies.
