I'm kinda sorry I clicked on this thread! After some careful examination, it appears that it is indeed some type of surgery. You can see the scar plainly in a couple of pics. They must've taken skin from somewhere else to either reconstruct or enlarge his junk. Either way, it's not something that I'd let near my wife, nor would she want it near her.
