Who knows, if she likes the photo, she may give you permission to post the rest. On the other hand, if she doesn't like them, and things get nasty, you'll be able to post the rest of them as a nice set of revenge photos.
In any case, now that the cats are outa the bag, it is probably safer for you to show the picture to her NOW, rather than wait for her to find the photo herself, either because she can find out where you've been, or because photos like that tend to migrate, and someone may recognize the chin line, or a former lover may recognize the chin line, nipples, and the way what is shown felt in the hand.
